To complete your child’s registration, please prepare the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Card
- Driver's License/NHIP/NIB (Parents)
- Proof of Immigration Status
- Passport
- Passport Photo
- Parents' Status Card (PRC/Work Permit/Belonger's Status ID)
- Transcript & Letter of Reference (Grades 3-6)

Registration Fee: $75.00
Please note that payment of the registration fee is not due until the child has been assessed by the principal and parents are given authorization to proceed with payment.
Annual Re-registration Fee: $35.00 (Required at the end of each school year)

⚠️ Important Notice
- Children must be turning their required age by December of the calendar year for class assignment
- Tuition fees must be paid in advance
- Fees and charges are subject to change with advance notice to parents
- The multi-child discount applies when more than one child is enrolled. If one student leaves, the discount ceases for the remaining student
- The principal may deny attendance until overdue fees are paid in full
